RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We know that shopping online can sometimes be difficult. If a product(s) you have purchased is not right for you, we are happy to provide you with an exchange/return. Carefully read the checklist below to see if you are eligible for an exchange/return.
- The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unworn and returned in its original condition.
- Shipment of the product back to our address will be at cost to the customer. We suggest using a parcel service with tracking, as we are not liable for returns that do not make it to our warehouse.
If you are eligible please send us an email providing your order number and which item you would like to exchange/return.
We will inspect the product(s) upon arrival to approve or decline your exchange/return request. If your request is approved, our team will process the request and your exchange will be posted back to you free of charge.
